AAA Blue Jackets announce job posting for Girls Hockey Director & Girls 14U Head Coach

The Ohio AAA Blue Jackets are actively looking to hire a new girls hockey director and 14U girls head coach as the program will be adding a 14U AAA girls team for the 2022-23 season.
The girls hockey director will play a critical role in helping grow and elevate the girls game at all levels in central Ohio. Specifically, this role will oversee the creation and implementation of a player and family recruitment program and lead team selections for the girls team. It will also take the lead on cultivating and maintaining relationships with local programs in the area to identify up and coming girls who are playing hockey, as well as develop relationships with college programs and promote the girls players to the collegiate level.
"We are thrilled to be adding this new position to our program for the 2022-23 season," said president Ed Gingher. "The game of hockey is growing rapidly in central Ohio and establishing the girls game at the elite level in this area is a huge priority. It is our goal to launch a successful and competitive 14U team and continue to add more age groups moving forward."
