CBJ Foundation 50/50 Night

Friday, December 27, 2024 vs. Boston Bruins (7:00pm)

Thanks to the generosity of the Columbus Blue Jackets Foundation, our program is being provided the opportunity to be the beneficiary of a 50/50 night on TWO OCCASSIONS this season. In addition to having multiple nights, we are extremely fortunate to have been given two signature dates that are sure to be top selling nights this season.

On these nights, we will split the 50% of the 50/50 ticket sales that night with the CBJ Foundation. We will dedicate 100% of the proceeds from the funds raised to the families that volunteer!



• Both online and in arena sales from November 29 and December 27 will be shared equally among all volunteers.
• Funds will be applied as credit towards reducing the end of year travel invoices for a player of your choice.

We are permitted a maximum of 40 volunteers November 29 and December 27, respectively. Volunteers that sign up for the Foundation Nights (below) will receive priority registration for our own 50/50 nights.

Registration for our 50/50 Nights will open on Friday, November 1.

To receive priority registration, sign up for a Foundation Night before then!



FOUNDATION NIGHTS

As part of our participation in the 50/50 program we are required to provide two volunteers to sell 50/50 tickets on select dates throughout the season. Our assigned dates and number of volunteers needed are below. Click the button below to register as a volunteer for the respective game.

• Tuesday, October 15 (7:00pm vs. Florida Panthers) - benefiting John & Matthew Gaudreau Foundation
• Friday, November 15 (7:00pm vs. Pittsburgh Penguins)
• Thursday, November 21 (7:00pm vs. Tampa Bay Lightning)
• Tuesday, February 25 (7:00pm vs. Dallas Stars)
• Saturday, March 1 (6:00pm Stadium Series vs. Detroit Red Wings)
• Friday, March 28 (7:00pm vs. Vancouver Canucks)
• Saturday, April 12 (7:00pm vs. Washington Capitals)

Volunteers must be 18 years of age and need to report to Nationwide Arena 2 hours before puck drop on the night of the event and will sell tickets until the end of the second intermission.

50/50 ORIENTATION PRESENTATION

On December 29, a total of 36 volunteers sold $19,495 worth of 50/50 raffle tickets! Once again, our group has been the top-selling group outside of Foundation Nights this season!

Thanks to your efforts, the CBJ Foundation is contributing a total of $4,873.50 back to the program. This amount will be shared equally between the 36 volunteers that participated on December 29. Each volunteer will receive a credit share of $135.37. If your player was represented by 2 volunteers, they will receive 2 credits. Credits will be applied to year end travel bills.

On February 23, a total of 22 volunteers sold $10,135 worth of 50/50 raffle tickets! 

Thanks to your efforts, the CBJ Foundation is contributing a total of $2,533.74 back to the program. This amount will be shared equally between the 22 volunteers that participated on February 23. Each volunteer will receive a credit share of $115.17. If your player was represented by 2 volunteers, they will receive 2 credits. Credits will be applied to year end travel bills.
